Tubing & accessories

Tube that
bends true.

Seamless instrumentation tubing, fully annealed and drawn to a hardness that takes a bend without cracking and a ferrule without galling. Straight lengths, coil, and medium- to high-pressure series to 60,000 psi.

Four pressure
classes.

The same steel and the same anneal throughout — what changes between series is wall, tolerance band and the surface the sealing cone has to work against.

TMP Seamless straight-length instrumentation tubing

Series 01 · Standard instrumentation

Seamless straight length

The workhorse. Cold drawn, bright annealed and pickled, supplied in 6 m random lengths with both ends capped. Hardness is held below 80 HRB specifically so a twin-ferrule fitting can bite into it without work-hardening the seat.

T15 T15 medium pressure tubing

Series 02 · Medium pressure

T15 — 15,000 psi

Heavier wall on the same outside diameters, cold worked for strength and supplied with a certified burst margin. Takes a coned-and-threaded end connection rather than a ferrule, so the tube itself carries the seal.

T20P T20P high pressure tubing, imperial

Series 03 · High pressure, imperial

T20P — 20,000 psi

Autofrettage-grade wall for hydraulic power units, chemical injection and test rigs. Bore is honed rather than left as drawn, which is what keeps the fatigue life up under repeated pressure cycling.

T60H T60H ultra high pressure tubing

Series 04 · Ultra high pressure

T60H — 60,000 psi

Waterjet, subsea control and research duty. Every length is pressure tested and traceable to a single heat, and the certificate carries the actual test figure rather than a statement of compliance.
